Housing & Urban Development Department of J & K offers Birth Certificate Facilitation service for all urban local bodies from Jammu & Kashmir.
For obtaining birth certificate visit following link and follow the steps given below
Steps to follow:
1. Select Location.
2. Click on Apply Button.
3. Enter Father’s Name, Birth Date, Email Id, Phone Number.
4. Click on Apply.
5. You will receive a code on your given mail id.
6. Click Print Button.
7. Enter code received by email followed by Get Record Button.
8. Select Record and get Certificate issued.
