The Department of Floriculture is maintaining Parks / VIP Quarters of District Budgam for recreational purposes of the General Public.& providing incentives / Trainings to the registered Growers for creation of Floriculture Industries in the UT J&K.

The Department of Floriculture is facilitating the registered Flower Growers by way of providing incentives on account of providing 50% subsidy for construction of Polyhouses, Shade-nets, Tube-wells, Vermi-Composits, Plant Material etc. also providing training within District, outside District and outside State under Centrally Sponsored Schemes for up-gradation of Commercial Floriculture business.

Services offered

The Department is providing recreational facilities & providing various incentives to the registered Flower Growers.

Publications and reports

The Department is providing annual Statistical report to District Statistical Evaluation Officer  Budgam.
