Voting for ULB polls under phase-I concluded peacefully in Budgam

Budgam, Oct 8: The voting for Urban Local Body polls under phase-I scheduled in three Municipal Committees Budgam Chadoora and Khansahab today concluded peacefully. The polling was required to be held in only ward No. 5 Bazar Mohalla of Budgam Municipality where two candidates from National parties BJP and Congress were contesting.

As per the information received from the Returning officer Municipality Committee Budgam out of 642 registered voters as many as 109 male 69 and female 40 voters exercised their right to franchise during the voting scheduled time which concluded at  4 pm.
